Another of my new cards, what do you think?

Send 1 monster you control to the Graveyard and select 1 monster in your Graveayrd. The selected monster can declare an attack during the Battle Phase of the turn this card was activated. The selected monster is removed from play at the End Phase of the turn this card was activated. If this card exists in your Graveyard, you can discard 1 monster from your hand, to place this card at the top of your Deck.

It seems, cool but I think it's UP'd. Premature Burial does the same thing without the removal effect for only 800 Life Points.

Overall it's nice but I think it's just too UP'd. 8.3/10

Premature Burial brings the monster back from the Graveyard, my card allows a monster in the Graveyard to declare an attack. Can you see the difference?

Yes but Premature Burial Summons the monster, the summoned monster can also declare an attack and it isn't removed from play at the End Phase.

Yes but you miss out on the fact that you dont have to pay the 800 LP and this card is recyclable
