Allrighty, well "Purri" is an archtype im working on that works with Pikeru and Curran.... so not much to say.
The "Dark Whim" part is because she dosnt do what you want her to :3 She dose what SHE wants to. So if you tell her to attack and she dosnt wanna, shell just go and hide.

LORE:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of a "Purri" monster. When this card is Special Summoned, look at the bottom card of your Deck, If the card is "Purri Ebbuny" Inflict 500 damage to your opponent for every monster on their side of the field. During your Battle Phase, flip a coin. If the result is Heads, continue your Battle Phase. If the result is Tails, then flip this card into face-down Defence position. If "Princess Curran" is face-up on your side of the field increase the ATK of this card by 300 for every monster on your opponents side of the field. When this card is destroyed, place it at the bottom of your Deck.
If your wondering about the effect look here for Purri Ebunny and Ashen

I think you should hav put this card with the rest of "Purri" monsters, It was kinda confusing reading this card @ first but finally got her effect when reading your other Purri monster. Kinda kool that your adding support to princess pikeru and ebon, and this card is awsome 4 burning life points and is a combination effect with "PurriEbbuny". 9/10 innovative and original I will give a rep 2morrow ran out 2day.

Name: Good 1.6

Type/Attribute: Attribute is good. This card looks more Fiend-Type to me, but whatever :P 1.5/2

OCG: 1.3/2 Several changes need to be made. Fix up the OCG and I'll give this a higher rate.

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. When this card is destroyed, place it at the bottom of your Deck".

Effect: This card's effect is situational, and relies somewhat on luck. Coin Flip effects are bad to begin with since they aren't entirely reliable, even with support cards such as "Second Coin Toss". It's effect involving "Princess Curran" is rather somewhat unusable at times, since it needs a specific monster to be out in order to use it. 1/2

Balance: It's kinda underpowered really. Unless you make support cards that can make this card's effect useful, then it's not gonna be reliable in most cases, and there are better cards to be played. Also this monster is a Nomi, so once it's gone, you can't Special Summon it, and you'll need a card like Monster Reincarnation to get it back in order to use it again. I would consider changing it's effects entirely into something more reliable. 1.3/2

Overall: 6.5/10. Sorry if this review seemed rather harsh.

EDIT: Made a mistake. Heads and Tails should be capitalized. Sorry about that >_<

Yah its pretty situational, but if you do have the right situation (5 monsters on your opponents side of the field and you special summon this with Ebunnys effect) you inflict 2500 damage to your opponent and then with the ATK boost it gets 3300 ATK. And with ebunnys effect i dont think getting 5 monsters on your opponents side of the field it very hard...

Getting 5 monsters on the opponent's field depends on what kind of Deck your opponent runs, and if the support cards you plan on making can help fill up the opponent's Monster Card Zone. Also this kind of effect can backfire on you if the tokens summoned by Ebunny's effect can be used for Synchro Summoning. This card getting 3300 ATK won't happen very often either along with the 2500 burn, but I'll hold back on that and wait for the support cards to be made. Anyways your new review score is...

Name: 1.6
Type/Attribute: 1.5
OCG: 2
Effect: 1 (until I see the support cards)
Balance: 1.3 (same as above)
Total: 7.4/10

first, the coin toss is unnecessary, their really isn't a high chance of this card becoming a high atk beatstick. furthermore, it requires curran to be on the field for the atk boost, and curran itself is a low stats nomi.

second, the other 2 purris revolve around the original version of pikeru and curran, while this one revolves around the upgraded version. the upgraded version isn't that easy to summon, you need a spell and a level 5 or higher monster with less than 2000 atk or def. so its gonna be hard trying to combo this card with the other 2 purris.

the burn is good, but i would just raise it to 600 to match princess curran :P

oh, and the pic still needs a better background

overall: 8/10
