This is going 2 b my last card posted in the RC section 4 a long time I'm moving back to the Pop Culture Section 2 finish my unfinished sets and start on the Disgaea Set. Enjoy my last card 4 a while.

Once per turn, during your Main Phase you can reveal this card in your hand to place 1 Sorrow Song Counter on this card (Max. 4). When this card is successfully Summoned, remove all Sorrow Song Counters on this card to increase the level of this card by the amount of Sorrow Song Counters removed. During your Main Phase, you can Tribute this card and remove 1 DARK OR LIGHT monster from your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck whose level is equal to the level of this card. This Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon[/size][/color][/font]

This card's second effect kinda confuses me.

It says "You can reveal this card in your hand to place 1 Sorrow Song Counter on this card" So the counters go on this revealed card in your hand?

Also you don't need to capitalize the s in "Successfully".

Tribute needs to be capitalized.

Once you clarify my question, I'll review the rest of the card.

Yes each time you reveal her from your hand she gets a counter. Sorry if that part was confusing.

[b]Effect: [/b]I like the idea. It could be useful, but it's kinda slow since it can only gain 1 Sorrow Song Counter per turn. Also I would consider making this card a Level 2 monster with lower ATK/DEF stats. Most Synchro monsters (if not all) beyond level 8 usually require 2 non-Tuner monsters to bring them out, so this card wouldn't help with it being at such a high level. I think that removing 1 LIGHT and DARK monster from your Graveyard is unnecessary since this card is already somewhat slow, and would kinda restrict it's use, but that's my opinion. [b]1.4/2[/b]
[b]Balance: [/b]It's not overpowered, or underpowered, so it's fine [b]1.5/2[/b]

Thanks Engetsu remind me 2 give u a rep. I dont think the card is that slow she can special summon Catastor in 1 turn or wait another turn 2 Special Summon Goyo or Brionic. I was afraid this card might be a little 2 op'd. I might lower this cards level and ATK/DEF like u said to make the card more balanced.

Well if you leave it a level 4, then you would need a level 1 in order to Synchro Summon Catastor. As for Goyo and Brionac, you need a level 2 along with this, though it's not as problematic as needing a level 1. Making it a level 2 Tuner would make this card more playable, so I would make the changes lol.

Oh I c, u thought that the removed monster is supposed to be added with this card's level because you need 2 monsters to Synchro, nope u just need this card to Synchro yeah that sounds stupid but I wanted to make a stand alone powerful card, The effect is kinda confusing : During your Main Phase, you can Tribute this card and remove 1 DARK OR LIGHT monster from your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck [b]whose level is equal to the level of this card[/b]. and I made a slight error in the DARK and LIGHT thing. I said LIGHT and DARK, but the card says DARK OR LIGHT, like you just said >_< my mistake lol.
