My First Card - Envoy of the Infinity

Hi guys, I got a card, finally. It looks me 10 minutes to come up with a nice effect, so here I go.

This card can only be Normal Summoned if you remove 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard from play. Once per turn, you may select one of your monster cards and one of your opponent's monster cards. Decrease both card's ATK and DEF by 1000 until your next Battle Phase. If this effect is activated, this card cannot attack for the turn the effect was activated.

I see some people post the effect too, because they may have some errors. I put it up too just in case.

Whoa your starting out too? Btw although I am no expert I have seen many cards and know balance when I see it and this card has it : )
The whole effect is good too since the monster can't just weaken something and attack making it a little OP. Also you just started so I

and something to think about: this, in theory, is a good card. But it's strategical purposes are low, giving it very little playability.

Although, very good for a first card.

I have seen many cards in the archives and contests that throw a whole bunch of effects in their card...is that what I do?

I suspected it might be a decent card. Very good for a first. Smesh covered most of it but I'll go a bit more in depth.

But as it is it is UP'd, especially for Envoys. Envoys have powerful effects that got them banned from tournaments because of how easy they were to summon. Could you imagine how much more powerful a Blackwing Twilight deck would be if BLSEOTB was in it? Anyway, I would get rid your monster losing 1000 points because not allowing him to battle is balanced enough. I would also add another small effect, like if this card is destroyed draw 1 card or something. Make him worth playing. Also I would add this to the beginning right after the summoning requirements: "While this card is face-up on the field its Attribute is also treated as LIGHT" because you want this to be the Chaos version of the 3 Envoys because 1 is LIGHT and 1 is DARK.[/size][/color][/size][/font]

For example, you don't need to post that that is your card twice, instead of placing "Daft's Cards" a lot of ppl like to place the image credit there. You said later on that your image is from Father Wolf's archive, but you should post that either on the card or in the original post, like at the bottom of all my posts I give the image credit because I don't have any images of my own to use. Also, give it something like CARD-001 (looks more authentic).[/size][/color][/size][/font]

My next card will come soon, but school's a pain and my gaming life sometimes wastes my time a little too much, so maybe next week? Or this weekend if I could.

I actually do not know about Envoys that well, I never knew they were always banned from Tourneys. If I did, then hell I'll make it OP.
