and ansewring your question,no,you don't need to tribute one of your own,you can summon her by tributing 1 warrior-type monster in your opponent's field only or 1 of your own monsters.

Then it would make the card overpowered. Say your opponent has a very powerful card on their side, and you use it to summon this. A bit unbalanced. I suggest adding a cost to that summon.
