it's very good.
But isn't this card supposed to be a Fairy?

1. This card is OP'd (overpowered) to the point of broken (far to powerful). I'd use it to attack, I wouldn't bother with the whole gain 200 attack thing because that is pointless, I would rather keep another monster and then my next Standby Phase I'd destroy him and my opponent would lose 5 cards.

2. Why Sammy? How about Samuel, that has a more angelic and powerful sound to it. Also, you need to capitalize the title, so it should be Samuel, the Vanisher. Also it should be Fairy-type.

3. Here's your effect with correct OCG and some improvements: During your Standby Phase pay 800 Life Points. If you do not, this card is destroyed. When this card attacks an opponent's monster it gains 500 ATK during the Damage Step only. When your opponent declares this face-up card as an attack target it loses 500 ATK during the Damage Step only. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard you can remove from play 1 card in your opponent's Graveyard x the number of your turns that this card remained face-up on the field.

Not too bad for a new member overall.

4/10 OP because Stun is too good right now and doesn't need support.
