Howdy YCM.

I make cards from time to time, but hadn't found out about this place 'til now, haha.

Here's my first card.

[b]This card can be Normal Summoned without Tribute if you have 3 or less cards in your hand. While this card is face-up, a player cannot activate Spell or Trap Cards if he/she controls 2 or more Special Summoned monsters. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, select 1 face-up monster. Then, add 1 monster with an ATK equal to or lower than the selected monster's ATK from your Graveyard to your hand.[/b]

could you please give the lore seperate from the card, then it's more easy to read.
Also, nice card, only I would have 2 cards or less to summon without tribute (more balanced in my vision).

I was thinking of 2 cards at first, but I would only do that if it was a Special Summon. For using the turn's Normal Summon, I think 3 is fine.

Very good card for a first, nice effect and barely any ocg errors.
