Meh. Kinda bland, but I guess I can't complain when it's only use is being an Anti-Aqua. An extra effect or two could help improve.

It's a weak excuse for a Level 7, and it's a meaningless -2 ;d
And the card is totally unusable because it is so bad.

Erm, Ghost, this card is... Erm, well kinda horrible. I should higly recomend raising its stats A LOT or giving it a better/more effects.

A 4/10. as it is now. It's like you didn't even tried.
