A New Spell

Alright, here it is:

Tribute 1 face-up Level 5 or higher Monster you control on the field. This card gains the following effect based on the Attribute of the Tributed Monster:
-FIRE: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the Tributed Monster. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase this turn.
-WATER: Choose up to 3 cards in your opponent's hand at random. Your opponent then selects 1 of the chosen cards. The other cards are sent to the Graveyard. Your opponent then draws 1 card.
-EARTH: All Monsters on the field are flipped face-down. Flip effects cannot be activated until after your opponent's next Battle Phase.
-WIND: Return all Spells and Traps your opponent controls to their Deck. You cannot activate any other Spells or Traps until your next Standby Phase.
-LIGHT: Return up to 5 LIGHT Monster Cards from your Graveyard to your Deck and gain 500 Life Points per card. During their next Battle Phase your opponent can attack you directly.
-DARK: Destroy up to 3 Monsters your opponent controls. Your opponent then draws 2 cards. You cannot enter your Battle Phase this turn.

Yes this is my longest effect yet. I figure this guy is OP'd overall, but idk for sure.

Edit: I added a bit more to the EARTH effect, a pseudo-negative effect. It depends, because you can still flip cards face-up but if your opponent wants to get in free shots they might have to sacrifice their own flip effects. I also edited a couple of OCG things that I noticed.

I like it, I think perhaps some of the effects may be a little OP'd but i'm not too sure. I particularly like the select 3 cards discard 2 and draw 1 effect,

"Elemental Tornado"

Name: 1.8/2 Great matches the picture and very intimadating.
Pic: 2/2 A catastrophic tornado the image 4 this card is very good it makes it look like a real authentic yugioh card.
OCG: 1.9/2 Few Mistakes dont care as long as I understand tha card's effect.
Effect: 1.8/2 Very Verasatile it's based on the tributed card, most the effects are pretty powerful but you put good drawbacks to them. Good job!
Balance: 1.8/2 Some of the effects r 2 op'd just slightly but not enough thats easily broken, the EARTH effect is kinda weak

Overall: 9.3/10 Great and Versatile Spell Card if someone says that the DARK effect is op'd tell them to look @ Icarus attack. Or just change it up to 2 monsters.

I thought about that, but so much would be wasted on Doriado. All the effects are geared to that particular attribute and unless you have a mish-mash kind of deck with Doriado. Add on top of that all the negative effects and it just becomes a hindrance. I mean if you could pull it off with Doriado that would be awesome, but this is a last resort in that deck because of all the punishment you would take.
