While using 50s is very fiendish, I'd still avoid it ... i don't know how easy portal of the underworld will be to get out, but his summon his kind of restricted to a single card, and only having an effect to increase his own attack i'd say he's balanced, being a 2800 special summon if he's the only fiend out. Fixed: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Portal to the Underworld" you control.
