This card can only be activated on your turn. Activate only when your opponent controls a face-up Level 9 or higher monster. Select 1 Level 3 or below Normal Monster you control, the selected monster gains ATK equal to the difference between its ATK and the ATK of the 1 face-up monster your opponent controls that has the highest ATK The selected card is the only card that can attack this turn. The selected card must attack the monster with the highest ATK that your opponent controls, (if it's a tie, you get to choose.) At the End Phase, destroy the selected card.
