Firstly, to clear up the science:

Nitrogen has nothing to do with cold. Liquid Nitrogen is cold because nitrogen boils at a very low temperature, due to the fact that each molecule has only two nitrogen atoms in it. It's used as a freezing agent because putting something into it causes most of the heat in that item to be transferred to the much colder nitrogen.

Because there are three chemical bonds between each atom in the pair, however, nitrogen doesn't burn well. The stuff that's used as fuel is a compound with nitrogen in it. However, for the card, fire attribute is fine - a lot of people associate 'Nitro' with fire, and Hydrogeddon is supposed to represent Hydrogen, but it's still a water attribute.

As for the card itself, it's unoriginal and potentially op'd. Also, that picture is awful.
