First off, I don't think there should be an "AG" in the card's name. "Angel Gunner" would do just fine. The pic is pretty cool, but I'd go with something like "Pixie Gunner". Level 4 with a potential ATK of 4000!? This card is very OP when in a Machine-Type deck. Add a drawback, or tone down it's effect. Try something like, "Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to negate the activation of a Spell or Trap card that targets a face-up Machine-Type monster you control and destroy it."

I do like the card though, I would so use this in a Cyber Dragon deck!

I really like it personally I dont think it needs a cost to use its effect, YES!!! potentially it has the capacity to have 400 ATK but it's only for one turn and you must tribute to machine monsters to do it. I love this the pic is great, it's ballanced and effective, you are only a level 2 member, this is an astonishing card for someone with such a low level, well done.
