okay....but it seems a little overpowered to be able to attack twice, especially with 4000 ATK but the effect is well written good OCG

I tend not to rate as then people think i'm biased but as you asked i would give an 7/10 would've been a 8 or 9/10 if it wasn't overpowered

I was waiting for a strange monster to show up. It's summoning requirements and effects are very strange, something I haven't seen before. I'm going to treat it as a monster with 4000 ATK and DEF that can attack twice each battle phase. I don't find it too overpowered, since its more like a God card, except for Insect-Machines.
