The first ATK increasing effect seems kinda overpowered to me. 1000 is too much. Maybe make it 600 so it can reach 3000 but not exceed it.
Other than that another beast card.

Natsu Dragneel luv what u did with his effects, removing a fire monster from the field is probably related to his ability to eat fire and get powered up by it and use to his advantage I don't think it should be FIRE monster replace that with Pyro-Type monsters instead to make it more balance and reasonable also add this "If this card is selected as an attack target by a FIRE monster increase this card's ATK and DEF by 500" to make to the card more like Natsu there just suggestions you don't have to use them.
