Lord of the Rings deck

Hi, forumites. Im kinda new here and probably I will make a lot of OCG/balancing mistakes.

My first shot at a card:

"Balrog, Sauron's Envoy"

"This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 2 Fire type monsters from your Graveyard from play. When this card declares an attack against a Defense Position monster, this card's controller can pay 300 Life Points to destroy a face-down Spell or Trap card. If this effect is used, this card must switch to Defense Position at the end of the Battle Phase. If this card is destroyed by battle, you can remove a Fire type monster from either your Hand, Deck or Graveyard from play to Special Summon it at the end of the opponent's Battle Phase."

"Mount Doom"

"When a Monster card that has "Sauron" in it's name is Special Summoned on your side of the field, place 1 Magma Counter on this card. You can then remove Magma Counters to activate one of the following effects:
- 2 Counters: Special Summon one Pyro Monster card from your Graveyard with 3 stars or less.
- 4 Counters: Inflict 300 damage to the opponent's Life Points for each "Sauron" Monster card you control.
- 6 Counters: Destroy one face-down or face-up Spell or Trap card your opponent controls.
- 8 Counters: Search your Deck for a "The One Ring" Spell card and place it in your hand. Then, shuffle your Deck."

"Sauron, Ultimate Darkness"

"This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "The One Ring". When this card is Special Summoned, destroy all Monster cards that do not have "Sauron" in its name on your side of the field. Once per turn, you can select one "Sauron" Monster card and increase its ATK by 800 until the end of your Battle Phase. When this card declares an attack, decrease the opponent's Monster card DEF by 500. You can tribute 1 Level 4 or less "Sauron" Monster card to increase this card's ATK by 800 until the end of your Battle Phase.

I think the last card is OP, but im not sure.
