[Spoon's Singles] Rising Moon

3rd iteration, because I definitely have to much time at the moment... and after 2 relatively boring cards, I wanted to do something that does something different... and works with Counters:

Lore:
This card cannot be Normal or Special Summoned. This card cannot be Flip Summoned except by it's own effect. This card can only be Set in face-down Attack Position (it cannot attack and it is re-set after being targeted by a cards effect or an attack). While this card is in face-up or face-down Attack Position, during your opponents Standby Phase, look at their hand and select 1 card without naming it. If your opponent Summons or Activates that card during that turn, negate all it's effects and destroy it, then place 1 Moon Counter on this card (max. 3). You can remove 3 Moon Counters from this card to Flip Summon it. While this card is face-up on the field, if your opponent draws a card, you can remove 1 Moon Counter from this card to destroy the drawn card.

(Picture Credit to... do I even need to write that everytime? I guess you know it already <_< Jazin Kay's Archive)

Any comments appreciated, constructive criticism even more :)

So long,

Spoon

This is the only issue I have with this card. I mean...they should have to write the card name down on a piece of paper, or something. So the user can't cheat and say "Well, whatever card you played, that's the card I selected."

No, the real problem is that your opponent can't even read that cards effect or ATK value because it's face-down  But yeah, if you want to do this properly, I guess you have to write everything on a piece of paper... but I couldn't write that on the card, that would've made the effect even longer. I also have to think of something so this card doesn't get flipped face-up if it is attacked, that would ruin the delay I planned for it :(

Eh... back to the drawing board!

Edit: Well, I at least brought in that last effect... it's still hard to see through... hmm, comments?
