hexcalibrate
what do you think of it. Each time a monster card(s) is Normal Summoned or Set place 1 Neutral Counter on this card. All face-up monsters gain 100 ATK for each Neutral Counter. When this card is destroyed and sent from the field to the Graveyard, increases both players Life Points equal to the amount of Neutral Counter's on this card x 100. NightGuardian1764
Well, first thing, first effect isn't much playable. The only thing I can think of is destroying high DEF monster. Second is good. You can use Bad Reaction to Simochi with that. Even better than Rain of Mercy. So, 8/

NightGuardian1764
Oh, so now I know. 9/
Shizuku Oikawa
I don't think the "(s)" is needed since a Normal Summon only happens 1 monster at a time.. Other than that, I think some archetypes would love this card, lol 8.5/10 for effect, lol
