I'd rather use something like [b]Caius the Shadow Monarch[/b] or [b]Zaborg the Thunder Monarch[/b].
They both get rid of a card/monster on the field, and it's completely free.

The effects needs something to make it special. And why equip the Stone, surely the
evolutions are instants and should be like, Basic Spells or something >_<

Nice first card though, minor OCG errors present though I still understand the effect so it's fine in my opinion.

Assuming you will change the effect to be special (like LiAM stated above), I will hand you the correct OCG for this one ^^:

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 1 "Eevee" equipped with "Thunderstone". Once per turn, you can discard 2 cards from your Hand to destroy 1 monster on the opponent's side of the field."

Congrats. You just changed the wording of the card from a semi-nomi that can still be special summoned later on, to a nomi that can't.

Keep it as "This card can only be Special Summoned by.." and capitalize the word Tributing
