It's...clever. Shows potential abusability with Megamorph, perhaps, but I think it's mostly a solid card, since it requires you to run Tune Warrior.

21 comments with 1 reply? I thought about how this was going to run, I wanted to do 1 specified tuner, which would make it op'd. 3 is over doing it, and Max thought it was op'd no matter what you do, so I came up with this. An Contact Synchro is born, I might make more if this becomes popular.
