You asked for it, so here we go

First off: Kudos to the artist of those pictures, they are awesome, and to the template, I wish I had something like that or could use GIMP/Photoshop like that. It really adds to the overall appeal of the cards. More Kudos for the names, they actually have an origin, fit to each other AND the pictures as well.

The "Draw 1 card from your Deck" effect on Tenpi is unneeded, imo. I guess it's in to make the card useful even if you have no targets in your Graveyard (especially at the beginning of a Duel), and it doesn't hurt the card's balance either... I just think you could also leave it out. Other than that, the card is great, toying with Fairies and the Graveyard. The only thing that I could criticize is the fact that there's not much new on the card... but I could say that about 90% of the cards in RC, that's why I usually don't comment here

Tsuki on the other hand has a rather new and interesting effect, maybe even referencing the "Book of Moon" card. 800 ATK and DEF gain is a bit much for a Level 4 monster imo, 600 would also do it because your own monsters are included as well. The card would get even more interesting if you could target your own monsters with it's effect, because of the tactical possibilities... I'm just thinking, not that much into the TCG, but I guess you could do one or two combos with it (just like with said Book).

Overall, those cards are great. Nothing more to say: 9/10 :)

Edit: Just saw it: You flip the cards with Tsuki during your End Phase... that limits the use of that effect, because all you do is disable it's effects till your opponents Main Phase, where they can Flip Summon them again... maybe move it to your opponents End Phase or your Standby Phase?

WOW! Thanks a lot man, i dont know what to say...
But i greatly appreciate it, that is some good CnC a +REP you get. ;)

And as for the some stuffs...
800 ATK and DEF gain is a bit much for a Level 4 monster imo, 600 would also do it because your own monsters are included as well.
I respect your opinion, but 800 ATK & DEF for only face-down monsters that can flipped any time is nothing, dont you think?

Also, your opponent can activate (swords of revealing light) and such cards to flip it all face-up :P

No it wont, it would be broken, i mean Book of moon is powerful enough and balanced in the same time so.. And your forgetting Tsukuyomi and its ban-worthy flipping effects!!

Good point, but i know that i mean i made the effect lol! Its just that way its balanced remember its not useless, many cards can be useful no matter how weak they are, they're still useful. For example:

Swords of Concealing Light
When you activate this card, change all monsters on your opponent's side of the field to face-down Defense Position. Monsters on your opponent's side of the field cannot change their Battle Positions. Destroy this card during your 2nd Standby Phase after activation.
&
Nobleman of Crossout
Destroy 1 face-down monster and remove it from play. If the monster is a Flip Effect Monster, both players must remove from play all monsters from their Decks with the same name as the destroyed monster.
Etc...

So am keeping them that way, thanks again man :3

Great images.

Tenpi's great in almost every Fairy Deck. It's even so great it's OP. Mainly because its basicly a Draw/Recycle/stall/Sp.Summoner all in 1. I would ditch 1 of its effects or make it a Lvl 5.
Also you typed "form" i.p.o "from".

Tsuki on the other hand is actually quite UP. Seeing as your opponent can change thier monsters back to face-up position during his Main Phase. I understand that it fits with the Moon, but try to give it more of a bite to it.

A 6.9/10

Thank you, I always try my best... because I hate comments like "Nice cards: 7/10!" and don't want to be rated like that myself ;)

Well, clashing opinions, and I guess those 200 don't much anyways, just a minor thing I'd have done otherwise.
No it wont, it would be broken, i mean Book of moon is powerful enough and balanced in the same time so.. And your forgetting Tsukuyomi and its ban-worthy flipping effects!!
Just checked said card... you're right, that would bring this card to the ban list as well. But as I said, I don't know that many cards (except if you're asking me for Fortune Ladies, yey :D) and I guess missing one or two that don't see play at all (because they're just not played or banned) is forgivable
Good point, but i know that i mean i made the effect lol! Its just that way its balanced remember its not useless, many cards can be useful no matter how weak they are, they're still useful. For example:

Again, I don't know the support cards for this (or the possible targets for Tenpi for that matter)... so I guess you're right, it still has it's uses.
So am keeping them that way, thanks again man :3
Do whatever you want, as long as you read my criticism and acknowledge it, I'm fine with that ;)

Well no i dont think ill change anything about it, because it might be broken-ish but, ditching 1 effect makes it less epic lol! Also, making it level 5 is just wrong really it ruins it, plus its effects only activate when it is SSed doesn't matter what level it is :P

Tsuki on the other hand is actually quite UP. Seeing as your opponent can change thier monsters back to face-up position during his Main Phase. I understand that it fits with the Moon, but try to give it more of a bite to it.
I might spice that one up a bit, but not any time soon.

A 6.9/10
Really?
I think you made that .9 part up xD
