Nice effect and well balanced too 8/10

OCG needs a little brushing up, but I don't really bother with that. Yeah, I guess it's pretty balanced, unless you play a WIND Deck, where it's very easy to get 2 monsters out onto the field, because of the Attribute's versatile support cards. It's alright.
