If one of the monsters on your side of the field has the same Level as a Synchro Monster in your Extra Deck, you can Tribute that monster to Synchro Summon 1 Synchro monster from your Extra Deck with the same Level as the selected monster. The Synchro Summoned monster's ATK and DEF is halved and you must discard 2 cards in your hand to use that card's effect until the End Phase. I like the idea though, but the last part of effect makes it underpowered IMO (well maybe not, cuz I love power ). I thought I had to had the UPing effect because, I mean, you could a really easy really well-effected Synchro from your Deck and just own your opponent, so I had to add that for regulations. Ty!
