Place 1 Suicide Counter on it and destroy all monsters on the field except monsters with Suicide Counters on them, then discard your hand and reveal the top 3 cards of your Deck. If 1 or more of the cards are Level 4 or lower Normal Monsters, you can Special Summon them, then discard all other cards revealed. Cards Special Summoned by this effect cannot attack this turn. Neither player can Summon monsters except Normal Monsters. During your Standby Phase, place 1 Suicide Counter on a monster you control with no Suicide Counters on it. During your End Phase, if you control only monsters with Suicide Counters on them, you lose the Duel. When this card is removed from the field, destroy all monsters with Suicide Counters on them.[/i][/center] In my opinion, Welcome to the NHK is one of the best, if not [i]the[/i] best Anime ever created. Here's a simpler method to tell you: You use the card in [u]YOUR[/u] Main Phase. You place the Suicide Counter on the Level 4 Normal Monster. You destroy every card on the field. It says [u]"During your Standby Phase, place 1 Suicide Counter on a monster you control with no Suicide Counters on it.[/u] During your End Phase, if you control only monsters with Suicide Counters on them, you lose the Duel.". The ones I underline in the lore extract will do nothing coz you'll lose or mayb win the duel anywayz. And if u try to destroy the monster with the Suicide Counter, there'll wont be any coz u destroyed them all and then u lose. Either you win, or you will very likely lose. You can calculate it, and that's not what I intended. I'll have to change it so it destroys only monsters on the field, leaving your opponent the possibility to negate the attack. But btw., the effect [i]does[/i] something, because if you draw a Level 4 or lower Normal Monster with the draw granted by this card (I think I should extend it to "reveal the top 3 cards" or something like that to increase the odds), you can Special Summon it, and therefor having one card on the field that has no Suicide Counter on it, therefor not ending the Duel during your End Phase... yeah, that could work, just give me a second, thank you for your comment Edit: Alright, it should work a little better now.
