This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 3 or more Thunder-Type monsters in your Graveyard. Increase this card's ATK by 400 and place 1 Railgun Counter on it for each Thunder-Type monster removed for it's Summoning (max. 10). Once per turn, you can send up to 2 Thunder-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard to place the same number of Railgun Counters on this card. You can remove 3 Railgun Counters from this card to destroy all cards in one column on the field, then inflict 400 damage to your opponent for each card destroyed that way. You can remove 10 Railgun Counters from this card to destroy all cards in 1 player's Spell & Trap or Monster Card Zone, then inflict 600 damage to your opponent for each card destroyed that way. This card cannot be destroyed by it's own effects.[/b][/i][/center] There are a lot of weapons you can use to pierce an enemy. But a coin? If anybody could help me out: Is it "Mikoto Misaka" or "Misaka Mikoto", what's the first and what's the last name (if translated)? Name is unrealistic, it's broken beyond belief and is only usable in a deck full of Thunder-Types, whilst breaking the Thunder type for good measure. 4/10. [/quote] Well yeah, it's broken... but it's broken because that Miss [i]is[/i] broken. Hell, she can shoot a charged coin at over [i]800 miles per hour[/i] at you (if I remember correctly)... It's her name, including her nickname to flash it up a bit... what's wrong with that? Shizuku Oikawa Posted October 2, 2010 Report Share Posted October 2, 2010 lol, I totally remember my random Mikoto Card, but yours seems a little more powerful then mine, but I'm probably guessing that this thing would get ridiculously powerful when it's Summoned later during the game, cuz early in the game would probably would only make it only 3200 ATK, lol, I'm guessing Senet Switch would make her first effect more useful. lol, I bet her and Pikachu would make an awesome team, considering I seen random pics of Mikoto and Pikachu together randomly, lol. Well, Mikoto is pretty good with Deck thinning, so she is more useful in more ways, lol. Pic is awesome Effect is cool Not really sure on how to determine her balance in this one... Wiki and Google keep telling me that it's "Misaka Mikoto", but since it states somewhere that her mother is "Blabla Misaka", I assumed Mikoto is her first name... gnah, who cares, somebody will tell me somewhen...
