He uses militaristic and carnival like posters and adverts to get his message across, very similar to the Russian and Nazi regime, he is different because his 'dictatorship' works on fun, though even I can see how it wont work.

You placed "select" in the wrong place. I think you should fix the effect so it says "your opponent can only select "Toy Tokens" [s]select[/s] as an attack target", lol
lol, I'm pretty sure some ultra overpowered ATK boosting card would make these Toys unstoppable. Even Limiter Removal combined with Gaia Power would make this guys a little more powerful and useful, lol, plus a little Machine Assembly Line for the lulz too

did I do it cos I changed the effect so much I got confused ;D
