REALLY LONG Lore: [i]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 Earth, 1 Fire, 1 Water, 1 Wind, 1 Dark, and 1 Light monster from your Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned, equip 1 "Rinnegen, the Ultimate Dojutsu" to this card from your hand, Deck, Graveyard, or removed from play area. While this card is equipped with "Rinnegen, the Ultimate Dojutsu", Special Summon 1 "Jubi, the Original Tailed Beast" from your hand, Deck, Graveyard, or removed from play area. "Tailed Beast" monsters cannot be Summoned while this card is on the Field (excluding "Jubi, the Original Tailed Beast".) When this card is destroyed, "Tailed Beast" monsters can be Summoned and add 2 "Uchiha" and "Senju" monsters and 1 "Sharingan" Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. This card is treated as a Earth, Fire, Water, Wind, Dark, and Light monster. I guess this is the best effect of them all Seriously though, what is it for?
Other than that, it's pretty okayish, I'd say. The effect is long, but only because you had to write every single Type and Attribute, and in the end there's nothing really special about it, though it sure fits the Rinnegan (and I think the character... I have a hard time remembering that guy... was he already in the anime (japanese sub)?). Overall, solid card: 8/10.
