This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing "Black Rose Dragon" equipped with "Torn of Malice". Once per turn you may pay 2000 Life Points to discard all cards in your opponent's hand." I think that is right... Anyways, I think I wouldn't waste my Black Rose Dragon with Torn of Malice for this. BRD has it's DEF Killer move and thon of malice gives it another edge.
