Ancient Sage of the Ominous Winds

This time I tried making a good support card for WIND monsters, since they lack useful supports.

Probably Op'ed, so I'm open to suggestions on changes to this card's effect.

Card Lore

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. You can only Special Summon this card while you control 3 or more WIND monsters. This card cannot be destroyed by battle (Damage Calculation is applied normally). You can only control 1 "Ancient Sage of the Ominous Winds". Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can discard 1 WIND monster from your hand to select and activate one of the following effects. ● Draw 1 card. ● Destroy 1 card your opponent controls. ● Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower WIND monster from your hand.

is a little overpowering considering how easy it is to summon. over all i give it a 8/10

I figured it was a bit too much, but eh it's not broken at least (I hope so anyways).

Anyways I'll make this card a tad harder to summon.
