OCG is very good.

Summoning conditions, Level 5 and not so much ATK and DEF. I love cards that are a bit UP'd, and the effect also is quite well balanced itself.
Usually only played in the Water-Umi-Deck, and in there It'll have a good time!
1st effect is quite good, but you won't hit more than 2 spells usual, so it's okay. Also playable out of the themedeck.
2nd effect also good, very nice idea with thinking of another umi-replacement

Even it is only good in the Umi-Deck, I'll give 8/10 (Because only playable in certain specified decks)

...This card leaves me speechless. Anyway, the card has an excellent image, name etc. Your OCG is extraordinary. It's effect is very good to get you out of a tight situation, and is a great card to add to a Water deck. Very nice card, Waters.

i think you should take out the "if umi is face-up on the field" part. if you return this to the extra deck for daedalus's effect, then umi would still be destroyed cause of its effect. so this card is only usable when umi is not on the field. but legendary ocean also gives stats boost and level downgrade, so i'd still prefer ocean over this
