"Elemental Hero" Fusion with a strange effect? Also, slightly new way to fuse?

If the "difference" effect is confusing (I didn't know how to word it), here's an example: Your opponent has five cards in their hand, you have two cards in your hand. This card can attack three times.

1 "Elemental Hero" + 1 Spell Card that includes "Fusion" in its card text
This card can only be Fusion Summoned by removing the above monster from play, and returning the above Spell Card to the bottom of your Deck. If your opponent has more cards in their hand than you, this card can attack a number of times equal to the difference. This card cannot attack your opponent directly when this effect is activated. Return 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls to the bottom of their Deck for each monster this card destroys by battle.

The guy in the pic kinda creeps me out. His face is just... *shudders*. But I like the card. He still looks like an Elemental Hero (to some extent). Not really OP. I actually find this very balanced, and the effect I find very technical and versatile. Nice work.

I say it's pretty balanced with an atom's worth of OP'edness on the side. The pic suits the arche-type, and it's effect is constructive. Pretty much just an Elemental Hero with another way to fuse.
8.5/10.

Excellent card Waters. A good way to send your opponent's good Spells/Traps packing. The image is phenomenal and looks like an actual Elemental Hero in a way. It's also very balanced Effect wise. So overall it's a pretty nice card and deserves a rep.
