duelistxynam
OCG Correction: When your opponent Normal Summons an Effect Monster, you can return that monster to your opponent's hand to Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard in Attack Position. If If this card is Special Summoned with this effect, return it to your Deck when it is removed from the field Great picture (very fitting to attribute and type) The effect is slightly broken in that 1.) Returns Effect monsters (by far the bulk of any deck in current game play) to your opponent's hand to Special Summon this card from hand OR Graveyard. 2.) It is returned to the Deck (very rare effect) when Special Summoned by its effect. Too many pluses, not enough draw back with this card. Suggestion: When your opponent Normal Summons an Effect Monster, you can return Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard in Attack Position to have treated as a Normal Monster. If this card is Special Summoned with this effect, remove it from play when it is removed from the field. Keep up the good work! 6.8/
Anbu-of-Sand
Sacred Time Driver OCG / Common Sense: OCG has been fixed by above. Effect / Originality: First effect gives it super duper easy to get onto the field. It also can waste your opponent's Normal Summon for the turn, which will certainly piss them off, even if they can still Special Summon. Summoning this card this way gives it a second chance to get used when removed from the field, by automatically returning this to the Deck, even if it was going their anyways, it's still helpful. Especially since it's a Tuner. It's original, very original. Reminds me of the Ritua Archetype though with the returning to the Deck part of it. Usefulness / Balance: To be honest, I'm not sure if this is that useful. Even if you waste your opponent's Normal Summon, they can still Special Summon a new monster, and run this over, leading to you getting some Battle Damage. Which will most likely be a lot might I add, seeing this only has a mere 100 ATK. This will trigger it's effect though, but overall, I don't think that would be worth it. Maybe remove the "Special Summon in Attack Position" part? Just write Special Summon so you can get it out in Defense Position as well. Balance is well thought out, mainly because I don't really see this being OP'd.
