Well i must say, that's a snazzy card you got there.

Lets see, its a [b]DARK[/b], [b]Psychic[/b] Level [b]4[/b] Beat-Stick that can easily be SS'ed by [b]Foolish Burial [/b]and works nicely with [b]Lightsworns[/b]. I wouldn't say its not an overpowered card, but its not broken either. You can say its a Quick Synchro Card, so you can easily reveal a Level 6+ monster to make it a Tuner in case you need one, and summon another monster for example lets say [b]Mind Protector[/b] using [b]E. Teleport[/b], and after all you still have your [b]Normal Summon[/b] or [b]Set[/b] for the turn, just in case you need more [b]Synchro Material Monsters[/b]. i like it i think it has nice flavor yet its still very useful and balanced in the same time, i see potential here

Alright, now for my rating based on [u]Balance[/u] and [u]Creativity[/u]: [b]8.5/10[/b] Very Good, keep it up pale.

I really cant believe it that you get no replies for such amazing Cards, and Images, i mean you have one of if not the best Image Archive around, so yeah! Anyway, bottom line love the card love the pic, hope we see some more.

8/10, but i'd give it a 9/10 if you fix the lore up abit, its a little Op'd.
Try something like: Once per turn, when this card is sent to the graveyard, you can special summon it at End Phase.
