coolman365
They're pretty good but I don't get the extra effects of Montreal Dragon LV 3 and 5. It makes the cards look more individual when they're supposed to be used together. Other than that, great! 8 out of 10.

Lexsuncion
Seems kinda...off to me. Also, the way the lower versions are worded, you would summon the next level of the dragon IN ADDITION to having the lower level on the field. You need to say something like "You can tribute this card to special summon-blah blah" otherwise just special sumoning the higher level keeps the lower level on the field, making it so it doesn't really "level up". The Rule of the Dragon Lords spell card seems like it might need to have an effect correlating with the number of dragons summoned. For example: "Your opponent draws two cards, and then gains X life points for each monster summoned this way" (Switch order of card drawing and lifepoint gain to set the two effects apart, so they dont both happen based on the dragons! "Sweet! You summoned 3 dragons, now I draw 6 cards! Wot! There's exodia!") Edit: Oh yeah, points *Facepalm* I say 6 or 7 out of 10, due to the screwy wording and stuff. The random extra effects that dont connect to the other draagons on Lv3 and 5 are also kinda weird!

inquistidor
i LOVE level cards. i think it was a really good concept. plus its another dragon card with its first stage having 1500atk or less (glares at horus) so its able to be summoned by masked dragon. rule of the dragon seems like a real game winner. seeing as 3 lv5's and 2 lv3's is an OTK. and i really dunno how to rebalance it, since lv5 is unnafected by traps. also lv10 is just overpowered, unlless u waste a dark hole or somethin on it, its un-destroyable. and i think it shuld be able to be summoned by tributing lv 7, like armed 10. LOL i aslo think like a dark montreal dragon, kinda like DAD would be epic ! pics are amazing, original, and we needed better level monsters. 8/10 overall
14Henderson7
I would give them a 7/10. Why you ask? Montreal Dragon LV10 seems OP. "Discard 2 cards to destroy 1 card your opponent controls." It should be, "Once per turn..." Makes it more realistic in my eyes. And instead of him decreasing by 500 and 800, make it 300 like on LV5. It won't seem so overpowered. Otherwise, great job!
