okay... Balance would be okay, but... It is Tuner, that makes it a bit OP'd.
Since both players can add a card, it is okay, but also depending on the situation. I would also make it just for spells or traps, then it'd be better balanced, but tuner makes it... leave tuner away and it would be well balanced.

I love the idea, just great.

OCG is... well upper- and lower case and prepositions is sometimes wrong, and the last part "Add a hand" should be "add to your hand or add to their hand".

I'll give 7/10

It supports FTKs and stupidly broken plays and is splashable (lolpun). Nuff said.

Give him a break, alright? It's not a crime for making a not so good card, especially when you're new. I like the concept and the pic. Your OCG needs a little tuning, though. Not the best card in the world, but decent.

Oh no, constructive criticism is horrible. I'm trying to help this guy by pointing out that a splashable searcher is not good card design, while you're just saying "it's decent" when it's clearly not. One helps, the other doesn't.
