A monster that would be destroyed by this card in battle cannot attack.(Damage Calculation is applied normally) This cards name is treated as "Archangel". This card can be Special Summoned from your hand by Tributing 1 face-up "Archangel" card. If the controller of this card activates a Spell or Trap Card, this card is immediately destroyed.

Complicated, but above average. Not sure whether to call this OP or not. Could very well shut down your opponent's field, but the Spell or Trap drawback prevents you from controlling the whole Duel. I guess I like this card. Pretty nice job. Pic is cool, too.

I'd definitely use any Monarch over this, it's got horrible drawbacks. A -1 beatstick isn't worth much in the game anyway.

A better effect would be:

This cards name is treated as "Archangel". This card can be Special Summoned from your hand by sending 1 face-up "Archangel" card you control to the Graveyard.

You could reduce it's ATK/DEF as well and draw 1 card if it's Special Summoned to make it DAD level broken, but the above effect seems good enough to me.
