First needs to be elaborated more and effect is one of those "look at me, I'm using a creative effect!" cards.

destroying a strong monster each turn can be a little to devastating...

The second one is missing "From play" in the description. it should read "By removing from play 2 level 6 or higher monsters..." other then that i like that card

The first one is terrible. The second one is playable-ish.

The second one is 7/10, the 1st one is 4/10
