I know this is your first card, so I'll try and give you some advice.

This card is extremely OP (overpowered), and could use some major tweaking. OCG (Official Card Grammer) is off, but try asking someone else, because I'm no expert. This card is very similar to Earthbound Immortals, but looks like a Sea Serpent, which doesn't resemble Majestic Dragon to me. Try making this a WATER support, or just find another picture. If you wanna stick with your original idea, I would forget the attack your opponent directly part, lower down it's ATK, and give it some effect not related to Earthbounds. Chances are they won't have one unless you're dueling someone you know. The last effect is OK, but the Majestics return to the Extra Deck at the end of the turn, and if this card is destroyed, it's probably your opponent's turn. Not the best card, but don't worry, you'll get the hang of it.
