card lore: this monster can't be destroyed by battle. Once per turn remove 1 random spell/trap card from your deck from play and activate that cards' effect if possible. if this effect is not used in the first 2 rounds after it's summoning this card is removed from play.

OK, this card seems fine, but there are many flaws. Especially OCG, but that'll come last. For now, I'll talk images. The image is un-used according to my time on this site, but is of LQ and has a Logo/Signature of the person(s) that made it or uploaded it. It's also, very blurry. Now it's time for OCG. Woo!

This card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle. Once per turn, you can select and Set 1 Spell/Trap Card from your Deck and activate the Set card's effect.

The last part wasn't needed. So, I deleted it. You also need to know English like, capitals at every sentence, only do a apostrophe at the end of a word if it shows plural possession, and so on. Also, card structure is LQ.

I say, 6/10.

The card itself is alright, OP though. You can reuse Spells and Traps that are in your Graveyard. The drawback doesn't really help it become balanced, because I don't see any reason why you wouldn't activate it's effect. Instead of removing them from play, try paying a [i]large[/i] amount of Life Points, or lowering this card's stats. Keep improving, and you'll get the hang of it.
