When this card is Summoned, Special Summon 1 Fairy-Type LIGHT monster from your Deck to your opponent's side of the field. Once per turn, when this card would be selected as an attack target, you can Special Summon 1 Fairy-Type LIGHT monster to your opponent's side of the field. This card gains 100 ATK for each LIGHT monster on the field.As long as there is a face-up Fairy-Type LIGHT monster on your opponent's side of the field, this card cannot be destroyed by battle. Your opponent cannot use Fairy-Type LIGHT monsters as Tributes for a Tribute Summon. When this card battles a non-LIGHT monster with higher an ATK higher than this card, your opponent takes the damage you would have take. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects if you control no other monsters.

oh wow that would be cheap
man i would say its a little op'd but i guess there are ways around it
like using dimensional prison
the only real thing i can see a problem with is how easily it can be summoned
make that a little harder and it could be a good card.

Is that you, God? lol This is borderline OP. The only thing that really keeps it balanced is that the fairy monsters sent to your opponent's side of the field can still be used for synchro summoning. You could make a pretty broken deck running this with something like Synchro Ejection.
