Use them with Watts, sure.
1 Thunder-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
You can discard a number of Thunder-Type monsters to have this card attack your opponent directly. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent by a direct attack, destroy 1 card your opponent controls for each Thunder-Type monster discarded.

"Voltguard" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can add a number of Thunder-Type monsters in your Graveyard to your hand. If you do, skip an equal number of your Draw Phases. While this card is face-up on the field, when the effect of another Thunder-Type monster you control resolves, you can shuffle the monster into your Deck to have your opponent discard 1 random card.

"Voltguard" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
Your opponent cannot conduct their Main Phase 1 or Main Phase 2 for a number of turns equal to the number of non-Tuner Thunder-Type monsters used to Synchro Summon this card. When this card inflicts Battle Damage, your opponent must discard 1 random card for each face-up Thunder-Type monster you control.
Slight fix in OCG for Voltguard.

You can discard any number of Thunder-Type monsters to have this card attack your opponent directly. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent by a direct attack, destroy 1 card your opponent controls for each Thunder-Type monster discarded.

Voltguard and Voltjudge look balanced to me. Voltragon however seems kinda Op'ed imo. Skipping the opponent's Main Phase 1 & 2 for a set amount of turns is a very powerful and unfair effect. Maybe make it 2 non-Tuners monsters instead of 1? It would make it a bit more balanced, or you could tone down the effect instead. Your choice.

Rating: 8/10

EDIT: I just reread Voltragon's effect >_< nvm what I said. I thought it skipped both Main Phases.

Well since it doesn't, I guess it's balanced, but I can't say I'm sure. I have little experience with Thunder monsters, including the Watt/Batterymen Archetype.
