"The Fabled"s are all Beast-types. They're also all level 4 or lower.

And this card doesn't work with (The) Fableds at all since both of its effects are optional, so miss the timing almost without fail in Fabled Decks.

While, if the effects weren't optional, this could be an option for reaching their two higher-level Synchros, it generally feels like it could be a little cloggy and doesn't give that much, I feel Solcius fills its role better. It wouldn't be terrible, but I doubt it'd be used with all the cards Fabled have anyway.
