1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned, your opponent must Special Summon 1 monster from their deck in face-up Attack Position. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard if your opponent controls a monster Special Summoned by this card's effect, inflict damage equal to double that monster's ATK to your opponent.

I'm not quite understanding what makes this a strong card. Couldn't your opponent just summon something really weak with a good effect? You use this, he brings out D.D. Warrior and then removes you to keep from taking 2400 damage. Don't get me wrong. I like the concept. I just think it needs some retooling so it's not so...UP. 6/10

I can see the good, the bad, and the misguided in this concept.

Good: That it makes your opponent Special Summon a monster:
Bad: That it makes your opponent Sepcial Summon a monster:
Misguided:
You had this planned to deal damage, but instead you kind of gave them a free monster. They could activate a trap card to return there monster in to the hand, which negate the damage effect gives them +1 card. Then gets rid of your monster. Good thing its effect is only once, or many opponents would be loving you, that would be me.

So, I would say that this card is a good card, not op'd, but a little underpowered if you ask me.

You might want to reword your effect.

When this card is Synchro Summoned, your opponent must Special Summon 1 monster from their deck in face-up Attack Position, if they cannot, destroy 1 card on the field. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard while your opponent controls a monster Special Summoned by this card's effect, inflict damage equal to double that monster's ATK to your opponent.

Thats better, and now hopefully balanced.

Because you say they must Special Summon a monster form your their deck, but what if their deck has no monster? I thought of that, as I have built an Spell/Trap card deck that won 3 times in a row and only had 1 monster in it as an support card. So, wehn you use the word must, you must also have a counter in the part so you know they or you can do at all times, or the card fails. Just an hint for you, but keep up the good work, i'd like to see more.

if you have it negate their monsters effect, then it would be hellishly op'd. I would leave it as I have put it, or some drawback to the must part, b/c you can't force them if they cannot, but you can do whatever, it is your card. But if you add that effect to negate the monster's effect Special Summoned would make op'd.
