Nice concept

OCG FIX:

You can only activate this effect when your Life points are 1500 or less. You can remove this card from your hand, Deck, or Field to Special Summon 1 monster ignoring the summoning conditions from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

That is what I get out of it, but op'd and nice concept. Add another drawback to it, but good for a new member.
