When this card destroys a monster by battle, place 1 "Despair Counter" on it. (max. 10) For every Despair counter on this card, it loses 200 ATK and DEF. You can remove all Despair counters on this card to deal damage to your oponent equal to the number of counters removed x200. For every Despair Counter removed from this card, it gains 100 ATK and DEF[/color][/size][/b]

Only problem I see is that the more monsters it destroys, the harder it is to add more counters since it gets perpetually weaker.Of course, this isn't too much of a problem with the help of Equip Spell Cards.

Also, I think the last sentence in the lore is unneccessary, since it's assumed his ATK will raise once his counters are removed, i.e. [i]Black-Winged Dragon [/i]

i know, it's supposed to destroy the counters, raising his atk back to 3000, and then raising it up more!
