forteller
so is makes anything as fast as a counter trap hmm could be useful for using monster effects: i Summon Black rose dragon your opponent responses with bottomless trap hole activate this card all you can still kill everything XD pwnage this card is pretty cool and very splashable two thumbs up dude

FTW (For The Wynn)

Interesting idea, to be sure, but how about this reword instead: Activate only when your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card. Select 1 face-down Spell or Trap you control. During this turn, that card becomes a Quick-Play Spell or a Counter Trap until the End Phase. Definitely improving, I must say. Although, I would start to branch out with longer, more involved effects.

Zextra
The idea is quite interesting. It's not often that I see a card that modifies another card's Spell Speed However, the card itself is OP'ed at the moment, but that can easily be brought down a bit. For example, FTW made a very nice toned-down version of it that would still be useful. Anyways, keep up the work
snowyash
Does this apply to monster effects also? If so, the card quickly becomes overpowered. The idea of changing Spell Speed is an intriguing one and I for like it. However, there are some small problems with OCG and it would help if you asserted which cards can be affected. Overall, nice idea, nice pic - some problems though 7/
Ieyasu Tokugawa
Really the only problem I see is that there isn't any cost. Add in some kind of cost, like discarding a card, and that would make it that much more balanced. And also maybe saying "select 1 spell or trap card on the field," otherwise it would be abused with monster effects, like the previous example of Black Rose Dragon.
