[b]OCG / Common Sense:[/b]
OCG is flawless. No errors whatsoever.

[b]Effect / Originality:[/b]
It is quite a risky move paying half your Life Points just to discard at first, but then after doing so, this gives you a chance to do an additional effect that normally would be used only once per turn. Now this doesn't seem as much, but by doing so, this can give you the win for a Duel. For example. If I would have used this with Chaos Sorcerer, I would be able to remove from play 2 monsters in just a single turn, which will most likely clear the path for another monster that I may have on the field, possibly swinging for the game winning kill. Really original concept, seeing no cards in the TCG have such an effect.

[b]Usefulness / Balance:[/b]
In my opinion, only very few Decks can use this card. It can be severely OP'd as well though in such a Deck. Just like the statement stated above, can possibly change the Duel completely around if you use it during the right time, which can lead to this card being Limited in my opinion, and at the worst, Banned. But that actually depends if any Decks can use this correctly. If majority of the Decks out there cannot use this card correctly, this can end up being a dead draw at times and possibly untouched by the Ban List. So for now, it's just somewhat confusing on if this is balanced or not for me.

Also, would you care to send me a PM for the card's [b]Image[/b]? I'm working on a set right now that are based off of Spellcasters using Spell Counter (/points to signature) and this picture fits the theme for my Set perfectly. It'd be very much appreciated.

Your welcome, and thank you for the picture. Seeing I only need 5 more images, and only found around 3-4, this could possibly be the last image I'll need for my Set, which I am really really happy about now :)
