During either player's Standby Phase, you can remove this card from your hand. Then during the Battle Phase of that same turn if there are 5 or more cards on the field, you can activate this card to select and destroy 5 cards on the field.

YES PUNISH YOUR OPPONENT FOR PLAYING CARDS

Get out now. This sort of criticism does not help the card maker one bit instead of pointing out the obvious and saying the same thing someone else has said try saying what I can do to help improve this card, so its not so broken.

It should be written "Remove this card in your hand from play", just to specify location. Chill out bit dude =)

"Remove this card from your hand." is exactly the same as that. >_<

You remove it from play, if it was sent to the Graveyard I would have writtin "Discard this card from your hand" so its obvious that it gets removed from play.

I think it is very OP'd mostly because of such high destructive power for such little price. While it can be said that it effects both players equally, the option to use it during either Standby Phase gives you the advantage. Also, since your opponent is aware of it's impending effect, they can prepare for the potential loss of their cards before the next battle phase. The only way to use this card effectively would be to use it during your own Standby Phase then attack to destroy 5 cards on the field, which is very much an OP'd effect.

Did I do well in explaining my reasoning?

It's better than most peoples comments.

But that's not all you can use it for, you can use it to protect you for one turn, like if your opponent has 5 cards you can use this card during their standby phase and it's their choice to enter the Battle Phase or keep their cards. So it can save you for another turn.

You make sense, but to me personally, it just seems very circumstantial. I'd imagine that it would be forbidden in the TCG because of it's destructive power O_o

Also, in my opinion, the option for your opponent to attack is irrelevant since you can activate the effect with an attack during your next turn, so your opponent loses their cards anyway.

Last comment I have, I would specify whether the effect takes place before or after damage calculation, so your opponent has a chance to do some damage to you before you destroy his cards.

That's all I got, hope I'm helpful to some degree, and that I don't seem overly critical. Just offering constructive criticism, I'm not out to make enemies ^^

It's easy to use, and there's no actual drawback. Getting 5 cards on the field isn't hard..

It's dependent on what deck your opponent runs really. It's all about timing with this card.

Sure it's easy for you to get the cards out, but you wouldn't destroy your own cards.

It's a very destructive card - Black Hole-esque even. There are drawbacks to the use of this card, despite some people overlooking that in criticism:

1. Unusable unless there are at least 5 cards on field
2. Activating it can mean loss of your own cards (Although that can be worked around)

Even so, it is easy to get cards on the field and something like this can completely clear an opponents field at no cost, and for that reason I'd say it's overpowered

Just don't make a generic destruction card, Yugioh has enough of them already.

Hrm
Names good
Pic is good
The effect is kinda OPed, IDK mabey make it so if theres more than 5 cards on your opponents side of the field?
Or mabey make it so 8 cards have to be on the field
After all 8 is the perfect number ;D
Otherwise the effects pretty good
Im horrible with OCG but it looks fine to me.
Uhhh 8.5/10
