i was bored so i made a Ninja

Once per turn you can halve this card Level and ATK until the End Phase,if you do this,this card can attack your opponent directly.When this card is sent to the Graveyard while with the ATK and Level halved you can Special Summon 1 "Ninja" monster in Face-Down defense position.

OCG errors, but this card would make a good Tuner. The effect is decent, though I'd add some sort of cost for lowering the Level

i was thinking about making some more "Ninja" card but i don't know if i do or not....
