Your card lacks any structure and/or creativity, don't take this the wrong way, but this card is a piece of crap.
Horrible Picture, bad Flavor text, and i had to download it to see it. Wrong, Wrong, WRONG. Read some tutorials before making another card, as well as the rules. Take a look at some real cards, do they look like your card? No. First, let's start with the picture.
Use http://www.deviantart.com/ for most of your pictures, never using Google, Bing or Yahoo!. Or you could use and Image Archive, located in Showcase in the Graphics section, as long as you give credit. Or you could use [url=http://s825.photobucket.com/albums/zz178/JazinKay/]JazinKay's[/url] pictures, once again, giving credit.
Next, most everybody hates monsters with no effect, and try to avoid making them. Try and spice up an effect with, say, "Once per turn, you can flip this card into Face-Down Defense Position to..." yadayadayada. Overall, this card is terrible. I know you just started, but try to put [b]Some[/b] effort into making your cards.
